This page is maintained by HELVETIA 1291 to answer common questions about privacy and data protection for our shop. It is not an independent certification.

1. Data we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect: first name, last name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), and order history. Payment data is handled directly by our payment processor (Shopify Payments) and is never stored on our servers.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to process orders, ship them, handle customer service, and — with your consent — send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are essential to running the site (cart, session), and — subject to your consent — analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Facebook Pixel).

4. Data sharing

We only share your data with providers required to process your order (Shopify as the platform, carriers for delivery, payment processors). We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Your rights

6. Retention

Order data is kept for 10 years for accounting and legal reasons. Marketing data is kept as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter.
