HELVETIA 1291 does not accept returns. Every order is made and shipped with care, and we do not hold return stock to resell.

By confirming your order, you agree that the sale is final: no returns, no size or color exchanges, and no refunds, even partial.

Defective item on arrival

If an item arrives with a proven manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours at support@helvetia1291.ch with your order number and a photo. We review each case individually and reserve the right to offer a replacement, only in the event of a proven, unworn defect.

This policy applies to every order placed on helvetia1291.ch, including promotional packs and discounted items.
